Summary

The Account Operations Coordinator plays a critical part in Arcbound’s content production and analysis system and acts as the final touch point for our clients’ content.

Responsibilities

  • In short, the role of the Account Operations Coordinator is focused on assisting in the execution of content and operations strategy, gathering analytical data to improve strategy, and providing insights as part of the client’s team
  • Ensure that key systems are prepared and maintained for each new customer, including but not limited to: the external Slack channel, the folder structure in Google Drive, initial setup in Hubspot, content documents and calendars, and core research activities that support the brand strategy, including hashtag research
  • Work with Account Strategists, Content Developers, and other team members as appropriate to successfully publish content across a variety of platforms according to the strategy outlined by the Account Strategist
  • Actively monitor and maintain client content docs (building, maintaining, updating, and making sure all graphics are uploaded) to ensure a synthesized foundation for review, approvals, publishing, and coordination with the client or client team.
  • Assist the Account Strategist in data analysis, trends reporting, and evaluation of content and outreach performance by providing weekly reports
  • Work with the Engagement & Outreach Manager to create, set, deploy, maintain, and adjust Skylead campaigns for automated outreach and undertake other outreach, experimentation, and engagement activities as specified by leadership
  • Provide necessary information for engagement tracking; respond to comments with appropriate voice and tone; engage with aligned content on behalf of clients, including fellow Arcbound clients
  • Manage select customer inboxes, making sure opportunities are passed to the client and notifications are cleared
  • Contribute to the development of the engagement and outreach program, including the identification of tools and other efficiencies that will make your job easier
  • Participate in client calls, as specified, to learn the objectives and outcomes of engagement and how they change over time
  • Gather and upload client content performance data to Arcbound’s reporting dashboard monthly, as per company process, and participate in various other reporting and analytics activities to ensure that client content performance is understood
  • As the last touch before content activating the client brand is published, make sure that no errors are introduced, and raise the flag if any content seems to include mistakes

Qualifications

  • Must have a 2 Year Associate’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, social media management, or client relations
  • Must have a strong understanding of mainstream social media platforms
  • Must have strong communication skills
