Account Operations Coordinator

BW Missions is a company that helps craft pathways for our clients to belong. Right now, these individuals are CEOs, investors, prominent authors, and top industry professionals who are experts in their given areas. Our job is to turn them into thought leaders, leveraging community building, online media, and PR within the digital landscape. In the past two years, we have grown by 300% and are disrupting the traditional nature of this industry.

The ideal candidate is someone who is hungry to adapt and grow into new responsibilities, with a track record of consistency, tenacity, and reliability. They are organized operationally, but can also roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty with a wide variety of tasks.

This is a ‘hands-on’ position that will grow your skillset across several social media channels, digital content creation & strategy, and client relationship management.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Posting on behalf of clients on a regular schedule across several channels
  • Compiling data daily and reporting on clients’ progress weekly, monthly, and quarterly
  • Strategically building and engaging with clients’ online communities 
  • Working closely with our account managers to execute daily operations
  • Anticipate client needs and communicate ideas to account managers
  • Be professional, prepared, and reliable in order to help the account manager succeed in the handling of client relationships and strategies 
  • Maintain record keeping within our tracking documents with relevant notes
  • Execute A/B testing for community building and outreach, and be able to identify winning tactics
  • Be willing to learn several aspects of the account manager role to fill in when needed and eventually grow into this position

Qualifications:

  • Must have a strong understanding of mainstream social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, + Email platforms etc.)
  • Must be proficient in Google Suite products (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • Must be proficient with video calling platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Experience with scheduling content using various platforms (preferred not required)
