PROBLEM: How to connect professional sports teams in Atlanta with collegiate audience

SOLUTION: I understood the passion behind student organizations on campuses in Georgia, as they work together to form bonds and host an array of group activities year-long. Aligning this passion with opportunity within the professional teams, I came up with the idea to curate student ambassadors across campuses to host and promote Hawks and Braves college game nights. Executing this plan led me to curating a team of ambassadors on 8 different campuses, reaching out to the leaders of 500+ student groups, and discussing how their groups would benefit from this impactful and mutually beneficial partnership.

RESULTS: 90+ students groups participated in the first year with more than $80K in ticket sales. Today, the program does $300K annually and empowers ambassadors across campuses to harness their potential within sports marketing.

After meeting with Bryan early on during his internship back in 2014, I knew that Bryan was the type to get his hands dirty. I am proud to say the program he created has expanded to become the preeminent College Ambassador Program in the NBA.
