Audio & Video Producer

BW Missions is a company that helps craft pathways for our clients to belong. Right now, these individuals are CEOs and prominent authors who are experts in their given areas. Our job is to turn them into thought leaders, leveraging community building, online media, and PR within the digital landscape. Clients we’ve worked with include Jay Abraham, Nir Eyal, Denise Gosnell, Dan Berger, and more. In the past two years, we have grown by 300% and are looking to disrupt the traditional nature of this industry.

We’re looking for someone who’s willing to be hands on and creative under the guidance of our Head of Marketing to help shape stories, book interviews, virtual events, prep research, and produce our podcast. The ideal candidate is one who is growth-minded, and comfortable working in both a team and independently, and who can roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty with a startup mindset and learn quickly. 

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strong and polished communicator working with internal (team members) and external stakeholders (clients & vendors) of the BW Missions brand. Additionally, a strong understanding of social media, digital content, newsletters, and community building are essential.

You will be responsible for the following

  • Assists Head of Marketing in planning and developing production ideas into outlines, scripts, continuity, storyboards, and graphics.
  • Understanding the digital media landscape, digital activations and execution across all channels
  • Working closely with our Head of Marketing to produce audio, visual, and audiovisual material for brand and client assets.
  • Developing and generating production ideas based on marketing objectives.
  • Being professional, prepared, and reliable in order to succeed in the handling of client relationships and strategies
  • Assists in preparing scripts and other materials as required
  • Conducts research and assists in arranging interviews, booking guests and handling associated logistics for tapings
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Minimum 2 years professional audio production experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize work, and a track record of turning around audio on a tight deadline
  • Ability to assist Marketing Director in script-writing, editing, and storylining
  • Proficiency in audio mixing
  • Proficiency with studio and field recording equipment and hardware
  • Knowledge of sound recording and ability to troubleshoot in studio and field environments
  • Creativity to make the most of limited resources
  • Eagerness to take direction and grow in the position
  • Efficiency and grace under tight deadlines
