Marjie Shrimpton is the Director of Content and Communications for BW Missions, heading up client writing, content strategy, and company communications and managing our writing team.
Prior to her work with BW Missions, Marjie was the Communications Manager for Reavis Page Jump LLP, a Manhattan-based law firm, and a ghost writer and editor for several brands across a variety of industries. She also formerly worked for Broadway Connection, a theatre arts education organization, and Human Rights Funders Network, a philanthropy network for grantmaking organizations that fund human rights and social justice initiatives around the world.
Outside of BW Missions, Marjie is an actor-dancer-singer working in a range of mediums, from musical theatre to film and television to audiobook narration. She is the solo performer, creator, and producer of What Would Judy Do? A Judy Garland Cabaret, which has played to sold-out audiences in New York and Minnesota, and the associate choreographer to director-choreographer Brandon Powers.
Marjie earned her B.A. from Barnard College of Columbia University with a double major in Dance and Human Rights.Work With Us
